Are you copying the information from the template page before you open the new report? You should see it as it appears in this screenshot. Copy that and then open your new report and paste it into the body.

Nope. When I try and do it the form just shows instructions on what to do. It doesn’t copy any of my information.
Paging @AndyB, since he’s the one who tries to wrangle the forum software.

I have seen this happening to several people in the past days I guess they made some changes and not just new people to the Forum. And knowing many people use their phones to visit the Forum it might not be user-friendly for phone participants.
