Where is my premium membership?

Hi,
I have stuck in status:

Membership Status Cancelled will not auto-renew

after successful payment for subscription via paypal.

UPDATE;
I clicked renew, payed again by CC got payment status “Failed” and now i have account status:
Account Type
Age of Conan Free

Membership Valid Until

I submitted my first service ticket yesterday, stil zero answer from Funcom Support.
So basically my question is WTF!?

Hi, I also have account status set as:
Account Type
Age of Conan Free
Membership Valid Until

after buying Premium Membership twice.
payment was also made with paypal.

I already submitted my ticket 3 days ago and still have no answer from Support.
