Yamatai Fences (broken anti-climb)

The new DLC Seekers of the Dawn anti-climb fences are not working. The player can climb right up with no health damage taken. The crenelations work as intended but the fences do not.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Place a Yamatai fence.
  2. Try to climb up.
  3. Take no health damage.
  4. Continue about you day.
  5. Place crenelation instead. (because it works)
  6. Cry a little.
