2010 & 2811 PVE Official Down - all day 8/31/24

Bug Description:
Unable to login. Server has not been available all day - 8/31/24

Expected Behavior:
When filtering for a specific server, the servers appear on the list including the number of players currently in the server.

Steps to Reproduce:
Select: Play Online
Select: PvE
Filter by Server Name: Add 28 to the server field to narrow down the available servers. Currently the only official server to appear when with this filtering is #2728. 2810 & 2811 do not appear on the list no mater what value us used.

I also have 2811 marked as a favorite and it does not appear using that filter either. I have 2 other servers marked as favorites and they do appear when using this filter drop down option.
