Official PvE server 2728 keeps crashing

I just got in the server about an hour or so ago and every 10 to 30 minutes the server keeps crashing and disappears from the server list for at least 15 to 20 minutes. I was told by others in the server that there are other servers having the same issue. I was just wondering if there is some kind of maintenance going on or if anyone else is experiencing this on here.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Log on to PvE Official Server 2728
2.Play the game
3.Get disconnected
4.Potentially lose the last 5-10 minutes of progress or log in to find out something killed you and lose potentially good gear.
