Server crashed and 30 mins later post reporting it still not in server list. I hope this isnt starting again. ;(

Sorry just seeing your response. I dont remem er the details now. It took an hour to come back. Im on the ET. I reported it via the ticket process but never heard back so posted here and now see your message. Thanks for reaching out.

It seems like the issue you are describing is our Server restart as it always happens around the same time and with a duration of 1 hour.

Can the restart be moved to 5 AM instead of during the pve conflict window? We lose an hour of pvp time every night.
And it is down again for an hour during pvp window! 
Not to mention that there is no warning of the crash so you might be outside your base and then you have to spam constantly trying to relogin so you don’t get killed. This is annoying.

2880 crashed twice last night during the pvp window basically ruining it as it was down nearly 2+ hours.
2880 crashed over 2 hours ago and is still down despite numerous people reporting it.
2880 crashed again tonigjt 10 PM ET ruining the last hour of pvp.
2880 crashed tonight at about 830 pm et and as of 938 ET still isnt back.
Not fixed at all so not sure why it was marked as fixed.

Server restart has warning message
At this point i wonder but as many times as ive reported it over the year nothing changes. Server crashed again last night at 1030pm, me and my 4 cohorts were stranded outside again.

Todos os servidores tem um tempo mínimo de 3 a 5 minutos portanto basta sair do jogo em entrar novamente ou digitar o IP para ter uma conexão direta com o servidor… Para quem não quiser ficar entrando e saindo do jogo pode insistir com a entrada direta usando o IP até que volte a ficar ON-LINE.
Já falei sobre esse assunto em outro post porém o fato da hora de restart que me fez a fazer o post aqui também por não estar correto @Sarealac
Lembrando que se o servidor já disparou o aviso antes ou para quem já está ON-LINE quem entrar após o aviso não irá ver o aviso por estar fora do tempo. Também tem uma questão que o RAID não acontece quando há alguma reinicialização do servidor mas se o servidor é PVP a chance de seu personagem morrer por outro jogador é inevitável.
