3560 Server DDOS attack

The Server 3560 seems online but I cannot connect to it.
This situation happens every day.
I know I must not accuse anyone without evidence. However I will give a detail:

When there are few players of a specific clan during the raid time, the server expels everyone and does not allow entry.

Apparently it is a DDOS attack. I don’t know. However, we do not know who the culprit is.

We hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Join server 3560.
  2. Wait for it to load.
  3. Cannot connect to server. the connection to the host has been lost.

Today Monday 16/08 the Server is online but nobody cannot connect to it. Again ddos attack at 2pm.

Today at 5:22pm (gmt-05) the server 3560 is online. But nobody can’t connect to it. Looks like DDOS attack.
Yesterday: the same situation.
