Silent legion medium and light variants are uncraftable, as well as every single armor vault recipe (plus some weapon recipes) I have grabbed thus far. This was seen on my unmodded singleplayer.
have you tried improved armorers bench or garrison? i have no issues crafting them.
I got this recipe yday, i crafted 2 of them. One in the improoved armorers bench and one in the Garnison armorer bench
