So Iv been away for a bit and started back at a save that I started a few months ago and finally decided to do the Dregs run only this time I got an Abysmal Head trophy. I don’t recall that ever being a thing is that new? I don’t know if it a new in game thing or part of a mod update.

Can i do anything with it yet? What trophy recipe do i need to hang it up on my wall?
I do not think it has any use yet. I am guessing it is intended for the dark dregs dungeon, whenever we get that.
