Bug Description:

Accountant will not shut up.

Bug Reproduction: He’s heard everywhere on base, and subs visible when I’m away from base.

Accountant will not shut up, subs for his voice visible when I’m different part map! I can 50 60 blocks away in the bas on a different level and still hear him!
