Acherbon boss fight - Mob spawned veeeeeeeery far

Bug Description:

One of the mobs during the Acheron boss fight spawned out of the arena and is unreachable. Meanwhile, the boss does not go back to its solid form (happened around 20% hp)

Steps to Reproduce:

Fight the Acheron boss
Reach probably the last phase where it spawns additional mobs and pray.

I’m not sure it can be reproduced though.

I got two pictures to accompany that to show you how far it actually spawned. It’s just a small red dot in the distance.

Hello and thank you for the quick reply.

First a general screenshot when I saw the tiny red dot. And second is a zoom from it.
Of course the dot could be seen through walls and stuff.

Thats why this happens! I thought it’s undertexture spawn again, and try to shot it out with crossbow, just watched the video and saw it!

Also spawn outside the arena happens on this level not only in the end,
I encountered this 1 time in the first arena (scrennshot and video founded)
