It’s a ceremony m8. Don’t get me wrong, i know what to expect on release, it’s not new, but this doesn’t mean that we don’t enjoy the streams with Andy, Nicole and Dennis! I personally got really sad that the last Livestream was on YouTube, i like their twitch streaming. I also enjoy that we meet there live, the players and have fun with each other.
So i would love to have a Livestream!

I am super leary of this update and i have half a mind to not install it till i see the reviews.
I want to see fixes for old issues along with fixes for whatever new issues the new update brings.

@Caroll - I know you’ve been busting your hump to try and spin all of this mess out here in the community. And you’ve been trying to keep us from rioting. Do you, too, feel that the update will be ready for PRIME TIME in “only a week” ?
The mind truly boggles. I cannot fathom how Funcom mangles a game property like this. And still manages to keep limping along. I am stunned. I sure hope you’ve given some undead their weapons back. Or that you have once again found the source of the falling through the foundations. Because you are going to have a dog of a time finding ANY further revenue for this property if you if you haven’t.

That was one of the 1st things i noticed too…
They promised otherwise, it´s disappointing.
I really hope this update goes at least so well that it´s playable so i can join the game and my thralls and bases don´t decay.
I have no high hopes for bugfixes though…the inventory is stil a mess that makes me keep loosing stuff not to mention the fundations bug.
Maybe funcom surprises me and finally fixes those major bugs.

Well - it is the community manager’s job to oversee and manage communications with the player community.
If we cannot get a simple answer about additional Beta testing on TestLive, I think that is a VERY CLEAR signal about just how much or how little Funcom values our involvement.

I think it is clear by now how little they do care for the feedback.
I Lost count how many times i said to delay and Fix issues before going live.
Lost count how many times i said that i AM worried about changes not being properly tested. About the lack of coherent beta test program , and funcom making the same mistakes as in the past
Quick run of what we have seen.
- They use beta test servers as promotional space , usually picked bY content creator , but not as a real beta test platform . They do not fix issues and send fixes for further testing as it usually happens in the industry.
- They gather reports, yet they launch the update with the issues reported on day one. And if there is a Fix (rarely) they launch it without being properly tested. They seem to like to launch builds not tested by beta players…
- They do not fix major Bugs , they add content on top of critical Bugs. Ie tavern system Ai and pathing. They turned crafters into a liability whereas they we’re working without any issues.
- Inability to properly comunícate with players… Please check how it was in 2019 Ignasi dealing with customers was something really good. Today the comunication sucks. ( Many broken promises about future improvements)
- After crom coingate they said they Will not launch ln thursdays. But focus on early week. ( Tuesdays) Yet this one is coming just before the weekend oct17 , if any Big problem comes we Will be left alone dealing with the problem on weekends because funcom is not working. Allá major content should be launched on early week SO there is a Windows to manouver if something goes terribly wrong.
- Complete lack of a real QA , if any is not functioanl
- Lack of devs interacting with testers on Bugs topics , we only got 1 or two people who relays messages back and forth. ( Highly inneficient)
- They lacks direction where are we heading ? Are we going into a simms Game ? one day they Say they Will not change how people wants to play the Game , but their updates do the opposite.

E outra coisa a linguagem usada nesse forum em grande maioria é em ingles , se esta dificil de vc entender faz um curso.
