The Emotes from Battlepass are not there? I have unlocked the first three Emotes but they are nowhere to be found?

You need to equip the weapon the emote represents first.
your right but then it says can not emote in your current state
Yeah, I had the same issue. Restarting or possibly killing yourself fixed it for me
