what happens with all the official servers?
From my experience, 9999 ping generally means your game version is out of date. Steam occasionally doesnt tell you about updates, so you might need to make it search manually
I have 9999 ping as well, strangely it falls on weekend.
it lasted about 3 hours everything went back to normal around 4 am, 1 hour before the EU reboot, during this time all the unofficial servers had a normal ping between 50 and 80, strange
