I reached the final stage of Freya’s quest where she will meet Angvarr. Unfortunatley, Angvarr did not spawn on the camp…I tried to move from the cap and come back to refresh the chunk. All the enemies and the loot are respawn but Angvarr still not there so I can’t complete the quest…anyone know the reason?
I am having the same issue, have you manager to solve it?
