Apparently My Server is Using My Single Player Settings Now

I noticed the Harvest Multiplier was not working on the server.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. So I thought I would check it out on Single player, adjusted it to 20X launched and Single player works.

  2. I thought maybe the bug was fixed. I notice no new updates for the server. Started the server up, connected to the server. Went to harvest and was getting 20X on the server.

  3. Verified 8X on server and 20X on single player
