Archery borken again

Type of issue: 40 perk is broken (again)
Server type: any
Region: all over the world

Dear Funcom, you have broke archery lvl 40 perk again.

Now with 40+ acc heavy shots will have same dmg as a light shots, making no reason to go over 39 acc. So, lvl 40 and lvl 50 peks is “dead” now.
