Arrow Stuck in Draw Hand After Switching From Bow to Another Weapon/Item

The arrow remains stuck in the draw hand even after switching weapons from a bow to another implement. This bug has been in play since the pre-launch version came out. This has been a deciding factor for myself not using bows despite the fact I am playing as a nomadic Hyrkanian.

Please address this issue.

Can confirm. Happens to me a lot in multiplayer.
