Logged in to play Conan Exiles on the Exiles map, as I was looking over my character knowledges I became aware that the silver jewelery reward from the Artificer Journey was missing.
After checking the Journey entry it still shows and completed and reward having been claimed.
did you go to the casting table and see if it’s available to craft?
Yes, casting table was first place i became aware something was missing.
I tried removing the table and rebuilding, which did nothing.
I can forcibly access the silver jewelery through creative mode, but trying to avoid doing that as i like builing and forget to turn it off. Which ruins the game IMO
Did you try restarting? It sometimes loses connection with the Funcom side and makes certain items unusable.
When you say restarting you talking fully closing the game and reopening, or restarting the character?
For the prior yes i have close the game fully and reopened it.
When it comes to the later i am more hesitant as i have pretty much got my character to where i want them and dont fancy going over all the builing again

Same thing happened to me. Single player, PvE, except I’m on Playstation. Maybe the reward clashes with Derketo DLC since I have that as well.
It does not clash with the Derketo DLC for me… I have both types of silver jewelry from DLC and from the journey reward.
OP Are you sure you claimed the reward ?
That’s happened more than once for me to forget to claim it 
I’m sure i claimed it, i have even made some before the last xbox update for my dancers.
Im having this problem on xbox as well. Just noticed it. Its just gone. Claimed and everything.
So good news i got it back, bad news i had to start over which i really didnt want to do. Hopefully they fix it soon or put a way to reclaim the knowledge bases journey rewards
I had this on some of the rewards, they eventually appeared so I suspect it was some sort of sync issue with their servers
