Bug Description:

Artificer Knowledge Missing after Claiming Artificer Journey Reward

Bug Reproduction:

My character has completed the Artificer Journey and claimed the reward. The knowledge never appeared, and there is no way to reclaim the reward. I know from other servers that this does not always happen, so I am not sure why it didn’t work for this character in particular.
