Missing master armorer journey step after completing expert

Bug Description:

After completing the Expert Armorer journey step I expected the Master Armorer step but it did not show up, as you can see in the screenshot it is missing

Nothing I do fixes this, switching journeys, relogging, etc.

Funcom do I need to delete and re-create my character?

Can’t reproduce because I can’t reset completed journey steps online.
