Aspect of the Goblinoid helmet effect is bugged

The Aspect of the Goblinoid helmet effect is bugged.
It says on the Conan Wiki that it give Berserker Rage 50% damage increase when you get Food Poisioning, but when I test it, I dont get 50% damage increase?
So is it bugged? Or is it not giving the damage increase?
