Authentication failed when connected to servers

I bought the game today and after downloading, every time I try to join a server the authentication error message appears, I can play solo mode but I can’t join any server, any tips on how to solve it?

Thank you for your report. Can you share with us if you installed Battleye as well when launching the game the first time?

If you did, please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Local files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

hello , im having the same problem and i just bought the game yesterday

edit, after two days of trying every solution on the internet the only solution left is to refund
