Bug Description:

not sure how it happens, but either pressing a combination of “shift” “lmb” “q” “w” “e” “f” OR possibly triggering a repair animation from breaking a tool.

Bug Reproduction:

Multiple button presses, no verifiable pattern, but previous attempts involved “shift” “q” “e” “f” “space” “lmb”
