Bug Description:
Efficient harvest doesnt work. If I hit a stone node that takes 3 hits to mine then this doesnt give me double on the last hit. If I farm a stone node that only takes 2 hits to mine then it does work

Thank you for your report. Can you share with us which tool specifically were you using?
Also, do you know if the server has any altered settings from the default that could impact harvesting values?

It was a star metal pick. I think the server is pretty much default settings.
