We had this too. I was shocked and wondering what in the hell is in the sky?!!
We have found the radius of the tavern effect is broken on our server, but cloud sitting, how fun.
Sometimes? Nearly all the time. Couple of them sitting in the sky, couple facing the wrong direction, one sitting on the bar counter, one sitting on the shoulders of another, few standing around my base blocking doorways. Works well.
