Battering Rams cannot be crafted in T3 benches

Bug Description:

When the Stygian Schematic (Battering Ram) has been read to learn the Battering Ram knowledge, the option to craft it is available in a standard or Improved Blacksmith Bench, but is not available in a Campaign Blacksmith’s Bench or Garrison Blacksmith’s Bench.

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Learn Battering Ram
  2. Attempt to craft it in a Campaign Blacksmith’s Bench or Garrison Blacksmith’s Bench
