Battle Pass items locked and not able to be learned once bought

Bug Description:

Bought battle pass unlocking items. It shows that I have them as I should since I paid for them but when I go to craft them it doesn’t show up. So I looked in my ancestral knowledge tree and it wants me to “UNLOCK” the ability to make them but when I click unlock nothing happens the remain locked. Please fix as I spent real money on this

have you tried to press " F " instead of clicking on the unlock button ?

That doesnt work either. One day it will work the other day it wont work just very annoying.
