Bug Description:

I have the standered battle pass for the current chapter, i have unlocked and claimed it all up to level 60. But appart from the ‘free’ items that appear in my inventory, none of it has appeared in my ancestral knowlege tab, i can not craft any of the armor, tools or skins or use any of theunlcoked emblems or perform any of the unlocked emotes. I have went to offical servers instead of my single player to see if that would fix it, and it’s still the same.

I have 2K hours in conan but i’ve only now made an account, so apparently i cannot upload images to show this x(

Yep - I have the same issue but let me see if I can upload pics. Playing on official server 1520. All levels of battle pass unlocked, recipes are not in the ancestral knowledge tab

Have you purchased or redeemed Crom Coins for the Battle Pass? If so, have you hit the correct button to unlock the rewards?

no. I completed the challenges to level. I believe you could tell I have claimed rewards by the fact that button is no longer showing.

It is indeed not levelling at all, it is stuck, no matter how many challenges you perform.

See that button on the bottom left that says “buy battle pass”? That’s telling me you haven’t bought it yet and thus are only eligible to claim the free items.

So, either it’s user error or there’s something wrong with the authentication process that verifies if you’ve actually purchased the battle pass.

That would be absurd. I leveled to 60- doing challenges. It is not required to BUY the pass. There isnt crap on the interim items to make it worth 30$

You can level the pass without buying it and claim the free rewards within, but it is required to buy the pass if you want to claim all the rewards. You can get enough crom coins from the pass to buy the next one for free, but you must still purchase each pass with crom coins.

Also, it’s closer to $10 as I recall. Not $30.

It is only costs 1200 CC’s, and once you pay for it since you are level 60 you will redeem… 1200 CCs. And since you clearly have 1,946 you have the CC’s to cover unlocking it. So you will have already paid for it. I don’t understand what the problem is?

Also, this was already stated from day 1 that the battlepass was 1,200 CC’s to purchase, but that there would be certain levels that would be free even if you did not purchase the battlepass. Just look at #59 there.

Thats what i thought, Coz i was ‘sure’ that i did buy the battle pass, i always completeed the previus chapters and had enough crom coins for the next.
I’ll Check again and reply on this post, but eather way would be nice if funcome made some visual indicater on weather the battle pass was bought or not
