Battle pass rewards not event showing in the Ancestral knowledge tab (As for items). Unlocked 10 Levels, nothing

Bug Reproduction:
I unlocked 10 lvls of the battle pass

Did you claim the rewards yet?
You have to manually claim all the rewards you unlocked.

If you already tried that and bought the battle pass, best would be to issue a ticket here https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
choose “in-game purchase” at request type.

Have you tried without mods on? Start a Single-Player game without the mods maybe and see if you can claim the rewards.

Some outdated mods may be conflicting with the shop.
