Bazaar Item: Aesir Fortification Building Set

FYI - The Gate Frame has 140k HP, the Fortification Wall has 80k HP and the Gate Door has 65K HP.

Yes…we need a new drawbridge that doesn’t look like it was put together by Imps.

And that’s 1K CC right? If so, I’m risking it prior to content folks since they are releasing stuff right now so I’m assuming it’s going to be another week before we see anything and I like those Kong walls.

I may play with it and create two layers of this wall (8 high/2 deep) muhahahahahaha

The building set is bugged and can be abused.

Let’s see when people will figure it out (I did in 5 minutes of testing).

Correct. The Fortification Walls slope back so it would make sense to place the Gate Frame on the backend of the foundation.

yeah no can do. Exlied Lands is contracted with the Imp union. Only bonafide imp labor can make drawbridges. You don’t want a visit from our complaints department, do you?

Forgive me. I meant no disrespect to the Imp Union. It was a misunderstanding.

Okay…I found an issue with the Curved Fortification Wall…it will not snap on top of the Foundations. The other Fortification Walls will snap to the top of the foundation.

I am finding more issues with the Fortification Walls. I am having trouble rotating and snapping both the Fortified Wall and the Fortified Inverted Curved Wall when making a ā€œUā€ shaped entrance. The Fortified Wall will not snap to the slope side of the Inverted Curved Wall.

You have not found the biggest issue you

You are keeping secrets.

Just for you:

But srsly, would be nice if you can reproduce.

I tried to reproduce what you have done…I’m not getting the same effects.

I was at the Bridge of the Betrayer testing the insulation/temperature portection of the Aesir building pieces. It is as good as Black Ice…but different material costs.

Over at buddies house and I want to buy this then noticed this:

window frame - doesn’t exist … thst is disappointing

Worse though

No door frame :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Just a gate. So I guess the thinking was this is strictly the wall. Don’t use this for regular buildings lol

Door frames would have been nice to have as a sally port. As for windows, you can use the support frame and drop a fence in the middle.

Ya I had him test that so you can use fences for windows … odd but kinda works … it looks cool but the regular door is a killer for me … even had him test out using insulated wood door instead but it looks odd the colour does not match …. I’m not sure the rationale … is this an oversight? I had him check the admin panel but nothing for door frame……I’m once again confused why not

This set looks… interesting… but I’m not a fan of giant walls. I think I’ll wait and see what the next Aesir set has in store. I’m more interested in interior stuff like walls, ceilings, doors, fences, etc. :unamused:

Edit: no one bothered to mention there’s actually more stuff in this set like stairs and normal walls? Why was this whole topic about the outer wall? I hate how PvP players only care about that stuff. :unamused:

The whole set barely looks textured, everything is pale grey.

Do the fort wall attach to ceilings? As in, can you sink them into the ground?

Meh, you can do that with the regular sets as well.

Here is the list from the wiki.

I can see this working well with insulated wood, stonebrick, nemedian, khitan, and stables. It may work for frontier and reinforced stone. I don’t see Turanian, stormglass, black ice, or yamatai.

More: Oh and I forgot my favorite… Treehouse foundation…definitely works there.
