Bug Description:

The “Skeletal Steed” skin version of the horse you can buy in the Bazaar is using a thrall slot. Thus you can only have no thrall or 1 with War Party or you can have a horse (mount) and a skeletal steed simultaneously. They cannot attack in melee but move into melee range with an enemy and do nothing.

Bug Reproduction:

Tried with 2 different variants. Horse 92229 and Horse 92226 turn from a mount follower slot into a thrall slot (Skeletal Steed 9187 and 9186). EDIT: All horse variants are affected.

Very well known issue, but since funcom seems indifferent about fixing it, it must not be a bug.

Go for a refund.
