On PS5…I went to run the Black Keep and after defeating the last boss, I discovered the end cheats didnt spawn… I exited the dungeon, walked a fair bit away and logged out… I logged back in after about an hour, ran it again, and found the same issue…. I’m on an official PvE server.

Also happens to me on single player, same console. I have to kill him twice to get the chests to spawn.

After clearing and logging 3 times, chests seemed to spawn normally…
