I redeemed the reward from Twitch the day before yesterday but I don’t see it in the blacksmith menu, does anyone have the same problem?

Check the higher grade blacksmith benches, such as the garrison blacksmith bench
Have you redeemed other twitch drops or is this your first?
not the first, I have been redeeming drops for more than three years now, only this one is giving me problems, 
Try creating a new character in single player mode, admin boost to 60, assign crafting skills etc, then spawn in the blacksmith benches. Let me know if the glaive and katana appear

all Twitch objects have disappeared from the construction menus:
all objects of the
observer (tables, statues, clothes)
saddles for horses
icy throne
weapons
holiday decorations
Everything is as if I had never redeemed them
I’m afraid I’ll have to open a tiket at zendesk
Even in single player I no longer have twich rewards in the construction mmenu whether with a builder’s hammer or construction benches
Tried resyncing your Twitch account with Funcom Live Services?
Yes I re-connected but nothing changed.
I took the liberty of opening a ticket to Zendesk, now we’ll see what happens, it’s a shame I lost the last reward I redeemed and built was the saddle for the horse Winter Caparsion.
Now I can’t equip it because I have the mistake of not having the knowledge and skill, I looked for items in the chests like the observer’s mask the holiday decorations from last year: result is that I can’t even touch them they are red
Hopefully Zendesk can fix it
