Bug Description:
TWITCH DROPS DISAPPEARED FROM ACCOUNT
Bug Reproduction:
I login into any official server, or I play in single player mode, you can’t build the drops that I have redeemed over the course of four years with Twitch. The drops I previously built that I put in the chests are red and I cannot use them.
So I checked all the items I could build (the ones I could remember) I received from Twitch drops (furniture, weapons, animals, room and house decorations) and realised that they all disappeared from the build menus whether it was a bench menu or a build hammer menu.
I enquired with Twitch support and was told it was a Funcom problem…
Please note that all drops redeemed with Twitch for other games connected to the Steam platform are available
New World
Cyber Punk
EOS
Baldur’s Gate3
World of Warcraft (off steam)
and many more…
Hi @Lucidique, absolute silence.
It’s probably because of the weekend. in the meantime I’ll try the bug forum maybe other players had the same problem.
@Morticia and @Lucidique
Getting in and out of the game was of no use.
I tried doing this several times, finally disconnected twitch and reconnected it. but nothing changed.
I’m waiting for a reply from the ticket I opened with zendesk hoping for the best.
In any case, thank you for your support in this thread.
For the record, from my PC I logged in with my sister’s Steam account, who also has the Twitch connection and her redeemed drops are all up and running. So it’s a mismatch between:
Conan/Steam/Twitch
Hi @Lucidique .
Today I received a reply to the tiket from Zendesk, I followed all the steps; right now I am at the last tip:
“”“Situations like yours may happen sometimes due to some desynchronization between your game and our servers or perhaps due to a server restart.
In order to solve this, we suggest you to close the game, log out from your account, log back in and restart the game. Make sure every update is installed as well.
If you’re still experiencing this issue after that, please make sure that you have a stable connection and, If the problem persists, please reinstall your game.”“”
Tomorrow is another day, we’ll see what it looks like on reboot.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work, now I think the game got messed up more. I see some twitch drops but not all of them, as if it wasn’t my account, I checked the steam twitch connections and everything is correct except the drops…
i will wait for a reply from Zendesk
I’ve discovered some Twitch account overlaps between my account and my daughter’s, also playing Conan from my PC with her Steam account maybe something must have overlapped and mixed up incorrectly.
I’ve fixed it now; I’ll wait for the server restart tomorrow morning and then we’ll see.
If I don’t fix it tomorrow I’ll contact Twitch and Steam again.
