The flirt emote “Blow Kiss” is bugged and does not complete if you’re within 12 steps of another player…
Being farther away than 12 steps from another player allows the emote to finish.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.stand next to a player
2.use blow kiss
3.emote stops mid way through
