Emote Issue: 'Blow Kiss' never finishes for females on dedicated servers

Affects all voice sets. Stops suddenly near the end. Works fine in single player. I suspect this is an issue with the version of the emote file kept by dedicated servers.

I thought I saw someone report this before, but I can’t find it by search.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Create or play a female character on a dedicated server.
  2. Console command: LearnEmote blowkiss (I think)
  3. Invoke the emote. It cuts off just as she extends her arm. No smooch sound or voice cue is played as in SP.
  4. Have your character acquire supportive, encouraging friends to help deal with her shyness.
