Blue screen on load

Problem: Blue screen
Region: America

I cannot load the game. I find my server, click it, it goes to the loading screen, and then blue screen. I have restarted my ps4, I have tried different servers. All the same. Blue screen of WTF on load. Any suggestions? Is this happening to other players?

Yes, happening to me as well on any server or game mode. Freaking ridiculous
