[BUG] 4K Clan menu bug

If screen is set to 4K resolution, clan menu does not appear when clan leader right-clicks on a clan member.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Set resolution to 3840x2160
  2. Open Clan Menu
  3. Right-click on anyone
  4. No Promotion/Demotion/Kick menu appears
