Bug Description:
NPCs stop fighting if HP is brought to 1-20 then die. It does not happen every time.
Bug Reproduction:
- Fight an NPC
- Watch as NPC stops attacking with 1-20 HP and stands there, no dazed animation
- Stop attacking NPC
- Often, NPCs HP will start regaining up to 30 HP upwards to 80 HP while standing still
- NPC then dies without any intervention or status effects
It almost seems like the NPC has timed out and is calculating going back to tether point but not moving and getting crossed wires with the functionality of fatalities. Cannot perform a fatality when in this state. On ocassion cannot attack NPC while in this state.
