BUG , isle of siptah, teleporter dissapears , every 1 or 2 days

no mods,

official server

there is nothing on the event log either,

i have built it 3 times,

last time i moved the transporter to another location in the base.

i am not sure if this is related to the maelstrom , but every day or two it dissapears upon server restart.

any ideas on how to avoid this issue?

They need your server info and exact base location and what not to assist, from the bug report template
