BUG on isle of siptah, surges, wave 2 is missing the crafters.. look at bug description

Bug Description:

surge level 4 (!000 chaos) , thrall table is broken in wave 2, no crafters coming,… (not even the non named crafters such as. traskmaster, smelters, alchemist, cooks, tanners,

Bug Reproduction:

fill up a surge level 4 with 1000 chaos, hit lever kill all in waVE 1 and see that wave two does not bring the thralls.

this issue seems to be systemic across all official server!
