Bug Description:
Surge won’t start
Bug Reproduction:
Crafted the “altar”, put in greater ???, pulled the lever.
result: tentacles are in heaven but no surge is starting.currently there are all three leyshrines are bugged.
I’m not sure if this is your problem, but you need to stay upstairs until they actually drop.

i don’t think this is the problem, because all three leyshrines has the same bug/feature
Today after a server restart, the shrines were still loaded and we could trigger the surge.
so i guess something was hanging yesterday and it got solved by a restart
