Surges take forever to start

[I summoned a surge 10 mins ago, it still hasn’t started. took forever last time too ]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. start surge
    2.twiddle thumbs

It wound up taking 15 minutes. I think it may have been spurred on by my re-entering the leyshrine? Dunno. But if that’s it, it’s a silly thing and should be fixed.
