Obsidian Sword (ID 51494) : 47 damage | 6.3% Armor Penetration
Exceptional Obsidian Sword (ID 51495) : 60 damage | 10.8% Armor Penetration 
Flawless Obsidian Sword (ID 51496) : 49 damage | 8.1% Armor Penetration
So the Exceptional Obsidian Sword with 60 damage is even stronger than its own Flawless counterpart and the strongest non epic one handed sword in game, even stronger than every Legendary.
