One day, a player on my server (Im an admin) disconnected, and the next day he tried to enter the server and it wouldn’t let him, because it said that he had been expelled from the server, when no one has expelled or banned him

Un dia, un jugador de mi servidor (solo soy un admin) se desconectó, y al dia siguiente intento entrar al servidor y no le dejaba, por que ponia que habia sido expulsado del servidor, cuando nadie le ha expulsado ni baneado

The owner of the server has managed to resolve it with the help of a ticket in Gportal, apparently it was banned but no one did, thanks anyway
