No… this is on Funcom. Others have this same issue on other platforms. Once they changed the Journey system, it messed it up.

If you’ll notice the topic says “report received.” It means they’ve acknowledged your report. There’s a nothing else you need to do. They don’t need to respond. Unless you have more relevant information to provide, you’ve done all you can here. No need to talk to them.
