When i did the summon corpse spell it did the ritual but my body didn’t show up. I got another thrall attempted the spell again to get the message i didn’t have a corpse. So i started breaking down my base floor looking for my body. Couldn’t find it. I looked in the event log and it shows my items have decayed now. Can you please replace my items?

As far as time stamps i’m not sure. once the spell didn’t work i went to get another thrall and start over. I didn’t die again nor log out/disconnect from the game. When i did the ritual the first time everything work as far as the spell going off and it trying to summon my body. Just the body didn’t show up in the circle.
You can leave render range and then come back and your corpse should be there. Of course only if the stuff didn’t decay at that point.
Might be not a proper solution but helpful for future corpse summons.
i tried leaving the render range and coming back with no success either. when i went to get a new thrall for blood to attempt the ritual again i was well out of render range
I had this happen to me once… to me it seemed like there was a limit to the range of the spell.
I went to the pad closest to where i was spawned and it didnt seem to work, then i went to one closer to where i died and it did work… however it could be that he body was just not visible and it was following me from pad to pad as i summoned it on each pad.
I got the same bug today too! The game froze after summoning my corpse in game and after that I was unable to join the official PvEC server #1040 again.
