You can change the Loot All keybinding and that’ll let you loot corpses when looking at them.
I can’t get it to work with F again though.

Loot All from Corpses no longer works

Edit:: Okay I got it. I fired up the game on another computer and it had the same issue you described. I couldn’t loot a corpse with F. I went into the ini file and changed the keybinding and then loaded up the game. The new binding worked to loot corpses. I then changed the binding back to F and it stopped working again.
