Okay I got it.
I fired up the game on another computer and it had the same issue you described. I couldn’t loot a corpse with F. I went into the ini file and changed the keybinding and then loaded up the game. The new binding worked to loot corpses. I then changed the binding back to F and it stopped working again.
Further testing will be required to see if it’s possible to get F working as Loot All again.

This is the quick loot all binding. For now I guess just change Key=F to whatever you want to use.
